Enigma

Simulates the Enigma I and naval M3 (rotors I–VIII, reflectors B and C) and the four-rotor M4 (Beta or Gamma, thin reflectors), with plugboard, ring settings and the middle rotor's double step. A crib search tries the 60 orders of rotors I–V at all 17,576 starts (reflector B, rings at 01, no plugs). Enigma I entered service in 1930; the M4 went live on 1 February 1942.
